The Quilted Velvet Vest is made from a limited-edition silk velvet Ikat hand loomed in Uzbekistan.  It had a front zipper closure, hood, two waist side pockets with zippers and satin lining.  

This vest is one-of-a-kind made for the runway, part of the Hip Hop & Transcending Duality collection.
