Shipping policy

An acknowledgement of your order will be sent by e-mail. We also aim to dispatch all orders within three (3) working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Please note that you must supply us with your valid email address in your order to receive your electronic order confirmation.

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped within TWO, three (2,3) working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.  All Pre Orders and Made to Order items will be shipped 3-4 weeks after payment. Orders received on weekend days (Saturday ) will not begin processing until the following business day. No orders will ship out on Saturday or Sunday. All Nida Lu domestic orders ship with USPS priority mail 2-3 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are unhappy with a purchase from www.NIDALUhandmade.com we will gladly accept it for return or exchange, but the item must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the original shipping date. Any discounted or sale merchandise are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Pre Order and Made to Order items are exchange only.  Please email us within the ten days of shipping date, explaining the reason for the return or exchange. You must include the original receipt from your package for all returns/exchanges, and the items must not have been worn, altered, or washed, with tags still attached. We will credit the card on which the purchase was made.
