Coptic Brooch

The Fish Brooch is hand painted, set in 24k gold plated brass with baroque pearl teardrop. The symbology of the fish can be traced back the ancient Greeks, with each letter standing for a word in the phrase, Son of God.  Early Christinas used it as a sign to secretly identify themselves during Roman persecutions
