Suzani Dress

The Suzani Dress is made from a vintage Suzani, a one-of-a-kind hand embroidered textiles made in Uzbekistan. It has a back zip closure, crew turtleneck, wide armholes and high slits at hem.  Originally made for women's dowries, this embroidered technique has been passed down from mother to daughter since ancient times.  Each symbol, pattern and color are specifically chosen by the creator to tell a story.
